What We Collect

When you create a Simfal account, we collect your name, company name, and email address. This information is used to verify your identity and provide personalized access to the SEO platform. We also store the SEO data you generate (crawl results, keyword rankings, reports) in your private database.

How We Use Your Data

Your data is used solely to provide SEO analysis services through the Simfal platform. We do not sell, share, or transfer your personal data or SEO analysis data to third parties. Your crawl results, keyword data, and client information remain private to your account.

Third-Party Services

Simfal integrates with optional third-party services at your choice: Google Search Console API, Google Analytics API, Anthropic Claude API, and Moz API. When you connect these services, data flows directly between your browser/server and these APIs. Simfal stores OAuth tokens securely in your database to maintain the connection.

Self-Hosted Data

Simfal is a self-hosted platform. All your data — user accounts, client information, crawl results, keyword rankings, AI reports — is stored in your own MySQL database on your own hosting server. Simfal (the company) does not have access to your database or your data.

Cookies

Simfal uses a single session cookie for authentication. This cookie is HTTP-only, SameSite=Lax, and expires after 1 hour of inactivity. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or analytics cookies.

Guest Usage

The free SEO check page records your IP address and a browser fingerprint hash to limit usage to one free check per visitor. This data is stored in your database and is not shared externally.
