Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Simfal, you agree to these terms of service. Simfal is a free AI-powered SEO platform provided by Onecity Technologies Pvt Ltd.

Free Usage

Simfal provides 28+ core SEO tools at no cost. Additional AI-powered tools require you to provide your own Anthropic API key, which has its own usage costs. Google Search Console and Analytics integration uses your own Google account credentials. Moz metrics require your own Moz API key.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys. Do not share your admin password or API keys. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Simfal for legitimate SEO analysis purposes. You will not use the platform to attack, scrape, or harm other websites beyond normal SEO auditing. Crawling should be done at reasonable rates. Google search scraping features are provided as-is and may be rate-limited by Google.

Data Ownership

You own all data generated by your use of Simfal, including crawl results, keyword rankings, AI reports, and client data. Simfal is self-hosted — your data resides in your own database on your own server. Simfal (the company) does not access, store, or control your data.

No Warranty

Simfal is provided "as-is" without warranty of any kind. SEO rankings, backlink data, and AI-generated content are for informational purposes. We do not guarantee search engine rankings or the accuracy of third-party data from Google, CommonCrawl, or Moz.

Limitation of Liability

Simfal and Onecity Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of rankings, loss of data, or costs incurred from third-party API usage.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Simfal after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
